Step 1

Get the documents ready

Please ensure you have the following documents in soft copy:

1. Applicant’s NRIC (Front and Back)
2. Applicant’s Birth Certificate
3. 1 recent coloured passport size photo (400 x 514 pixels in size taken within the last 3 months, with white background in jpg, jpeg, png or gif)
4. Latest education result transcripts and confirmation of placement in Polytechnic or Junior College.
5. Eyesight prescription if you wear spectacles/corrective lenses
6. Deed poll for name (if applicable)
7. New Citizenship Certificate (if applicable)

Step 2

A parent / guardian is required

When you are ready to attempt the online application form, please get one of your parents/legal guardian to sit through with you as we need their signature at the end of the form.

Step 3

Complete the online form

Please note that the online form will take about 20 minutes to complete. The form should be completed in one sitting as there is no option of saving the form.
